2. Users must provide accurate and complete payment information for any transactions on the Platform.
3. All payments made on the Platform are subject to our payment terms and that of our payment platform service provider

Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property rights related to the Platform and its content are owned by Preboyetutors or its licensors.
2. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property on the Platform without prior written consent from Preboy tutors or its licensors.

User Consent

1. By using the Platform, users consent to receive communications from Preboyetutors, including emails, notifications, and other messages.

User Communication

1. Users may interact with other users and instructors through the Platform’s communication features.
2. Users are solely responsible for their communications and must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Warranties & Limitation on Liabilities

3. Preboyetutors shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

Release

1. Users release Preboyetutors and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising from their use of the Platform.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to principles of conflict of laws. In the event of any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, it shall be exclusively settled through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, LFN 2004, or any amendment thereto. The parties will mutually appoint an arbitrator, and the arbitration proceedings will take place in Ibadan, Oyo State, conducted in the English language. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. This provision does not restrict either party from seeking injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver

1. Users agree to waive their right to participate in any class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Termination and Expiry

1. Preboyetutors may terminate or suspend a user’s account and access to the Platform at any time without prior notice.
2. Users may terminate their account by contacting Preboyetutors.

Survival

1. Sections regarding intellectual property, warranties, liabilities, release, and applicable law shall survive the termination of these Terms.

Assignment

1. Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Preboyetutors.

Changes to Terms and Assignment

1. Preboyetutors reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
2. Users will be notified of any material changes to these Terms.
3. Preboyetutors may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party.

Entire Agreement

1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and Preboyetutors regarding the use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
